Rental Terms and Conditions
These terms govern every rental booked on bloraxia.com.
1. Provider
Identified before contracting, per Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' of 12.05.1991.
2. Eligibility and licence
- Minimum age 21; drivers under 25 pay a surcharge.
- Valid national or international licence held at least two years; ID and a card in the main driver's name.
3. Insurance, mileage, fuel, deposit
Third-party liability cover is included; a damage waiver applies with an excess stated in your confirmation. Unlimited mileage unless a daily limit is stated. Fuel is supplied full and returned full; otherwise refuelling plus a service fee applies. The deposit is pre-authorised at pick-up and released after return. You are liable for the excess and for damage caused by driving under the influence or off-road.
4. One-way, cross-border and fees
One-way rentals incur a drop-off fee shown before payment. Cross-border travel requires prior written approval, a green card and a fee; travel to insurer-excluded regions is not allowed. Mandatory fees (young-driver surcharge, additional driver, child seat, airport, one-way, cross-border) are shown before payment. Offers are accurate under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' of 03.07.1996.
5. Data, cookies and complaints
Personal data and cookies need your informed consent under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection' of 01.06.2010 and Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' of 16.12.2020. Complaints: State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
